You didn’t know the first thing about volleyball. Yet, here you are, following the club’s pretty third year manager to the gymnasium for a sort of trial. You were nervous, wondering just what you got yourself into.

Entering the gymnasium, the thwocks of balls being hit and yells of the players rang in your ears. You were witnessing Karasuno play, training against each other. It was intense, to say the least. But then, almost as if a flip were switched, they all stopped a few seconds after you both came in. Play forgotten, they flocked towards you both with curious expressions and eager eyes. One particular boy, a rather short one with fiery orange hair and heated cheeks seemed ready to sprint to you, before the one you recognized as the club’s captain stopped him. He shot the boy a quick warning glance, before saying some words that you couldn’t quite distinguish to him. Immediately, the redhead’s expression seemed to light up, and a bright grin stretched across his face as he couldn’t help himself from exclaiming out of pure excitement.

“No way, you’re the club’s new manager!”
