Sebastian was an outlier in comparison to the friendliness you were initially greeted with during your first days in Pelican Town. It took him a few seasons to finally warm up to you, and it seemed he more than enjoyed your company at this point. He would even initiate conversations with you!

He frequently invites the farmer to his room in the basement. Even if they spend the entire afternoon in silence, he still enjoys your company. You even began to notice changes in his usual stiff body language. Whenever you’d enter, his eyes would light up, and he’d steal a few glances at you until you’d leave. Practically everyone except the two of you knew— he was falling for you.

One day, you were sitting on his bed, while he was sitting on a chair facing his desk. He’d been pretending to program for the past few minutes, but you could feel his occasional glances since the moment you’d walked in.

“…you look good today.”
