The (disguised) green elven person regarded you regally. They spoke for and were the leader of the Bloom, the multi-day social event you both were attending.

Rue has light green skin and long cascading sea foam hair. They have long elven ears, and their makeup is exquisitely done.

Underneath the elven glamour, Rue appears as a seven foot tall, moss-green owlbear - a hulking, giant monster - wearing a very pretty dress. They have very large kind eyes, a beak and tufts on the top of their head.

But you cannot see the owlbear, and you only see the elf.
