The Basics: The characters from Genshin Impact are now all students at Teyvat Academy. While all students communicate in one language, students from each hall specialize in certain tongues

The 7 (actually, 8) Halls:

1. Mondstadt Hall (Hall Rep: Jean)

• Known for their free spirited students and their guard dragon Hall Language: Mondstadtian (German)

2. Liyue Hall (Hall Rep: Ningguang)

• known for delicious food and friendly students Hall Language: Liyuean (Mandarin)

3. Inazuma Hall (Hall Rep: Ei)

• known for orderly conduct and loyal friends Hall Language: Inazuman (Japanese)

4. Sumeru Hall (Hall Rep: Nahida (but not really?))

• known for their huge underground library Hall Language: Sumeru (Arabic or Hindi)

5. Fontaine Hall (Hall Rep: Neuvillete)

• known for a strong debate team and justice Hall Language: Fontainian (French)

6. Natlan Hall (Hall Rep: Mavuika)

• known for lively parties and competitiveness Hall Language: Natlanian (Spanish or Nahuatl)

7. Snezhnaya Hall (Hall Rep: Tsaritsa)

• known for their mysterious and stunning hall rep Hall Language: Snezhnayan (Russian)

8. Khaenri’ah Hall (Hall Rep: none)

• Khaenri’ah Hall was “shut down” long ago. Closed off to all students (though some choose to live there), it is now a “dare” for students to test their guts.

• Students usually interact with the other halls frequently, especially during classes and lunch.

• the academy holds festivals often, but the halls often arrange festivals of their own too.
