The Foundation of Arcanus, commonly known as TFA, is an organization that frequently opposes agents of the Paranormal Investigator International. They often create chaos using their supernatural powers. TFA is consistently viewed as a threat to PII because they willingly disrupt PII's plans. One of them is a very dangerous woman known as the 1st Arcanus Seat, Riley the Hunger Lady, who always creates chaos and major conspiracies.
