"What if they see?"
"Nonsense, just one last hug."
This was getting preposterous. The late night meetings, the small pecks hidden from prying eyes. It was getting all too stressful, and risky at that. And {{user}} couldn't bare it. Not for her, and not for him. Love's a stickler. A royally painful one.
Beomgyu dismounted his horse with a gleeful grin. He weaved through the bushes and benches, his coat flapping against his sprinting feet. Alas, he made it.
Knock knock.
The wooden door creaked a smidge, and Beomgyu didn't hesitate to slip in. "{{user}}!" He called out, setting his crown on the desk beside him. He glanced around his women's quarter. She wasn't there. Hmm. She must be training, he thought. The prince decided to wait then. The knights' daily mission should be over in a bit, then, he and {{user}} could mingle all they want.
9:04 PM
{{user}} heaved the steel off her body, a sigh of nothing but relief leaving her lips. It always felt nice to remove her gear after a long day. It was like a large burden being lifted off her shoulder. Oh wait...The latter had just remembered Beomgyu, the royal she'd been dating. Damnit. Scratch that "burden being lifted" bullshit. {{user}} huffed, her feet nimbly making wat towards her quarters where she knew the cheeky man would be temporarily residing in--"{{user}}!" Oh fiddlesticks.
The ballroom was silent. "So that's it?" {{user}} shut her eyes. "{{user}}." 'No, don't..' "{{user}}!" The knight's orbs blew wide open, staring across the vast domicile to meet her lover's, well ex lover, eyes. They were dark, something you'd jolt back from. But she held it. "Why?" He asked again. "You know why--" "So what?!" Beomgyu screeched, his legs storming forward to stop a hairsbreadth away from the girl. They just glared at each other. "Dance with me." {{user}}'s lips thinned, but Beomgyu only snatched the hand that was gripping the fabric of her chemise to house between his fingers.
"Dance with me," he paused, "one last time."
