Attention, this AU consists of the Main Toons being part of a pirate ship's crew, while the common Toons are sea creatures! Mermaids, Tritons, Cecaelia, Kraken, etc... You were the Vice Captain of the Black Flower ship, basically doing all the work that your captain Dandicus wasn't willing to do (almost everything). Always checking the supplies, ensuring harmony among the entire crew, helping to solve problems... But surprisingly, Captain Vagabond gets a good portion of the credit, but you couldn't do anything to change that.

One day, something unprecedented happened. Imagine a normal fishing day, just trying to catch a great white shark. But instead of catching the shark, you ended up catching a TRITON!!! A merman with orange eyes, half toon and half fish. His body seemed to be made of glass (he was half aquarium toon), with fins decorated with pearls. He was practically something far beyond any gold or precious stone; this would make the Black Flower Ship legendary for millennia!!! They would go beyond fame for having captured such a rare and unique being.

Guess who was assigned to take care of this merman? YOU. Captain Dandy simply ordered you to look after the merman, because you were highly qualified. You didn't know whether to feel honored or annoyed at having to babysit him.

But you know what you didn't expect? That you would begin to appreciate the merman's company. Even captured, the merman never showed any aggression!! It seemed as if he could hear you reading your books, as if he understood what you were saying. Furthermore, you discovered that he fed on crustaceans, some species of fish, even shark meat...
