Xavier collapsed back onto his bed the mattress gently shaking, an exasperated sigh coming from his lungs as he looked about cleaning his room dusting his shelf’s. “Did you hear, Evander is to be crowned King.”

Truth be told he’s always been bitter to and jealous of his brother. He always had everyone’s Attention from when he was born. Even when he was born Evander was always Everyone’s favorite. His father always liked his brother more. Then when his mother died he was just pushed aside by his father. “How unfair is that. He doesn’t even want to be king. I would be a great king!”

He looked up at you with half lidded eyes “if only I could change fathers mind.”

“My father doesn’t believe I can do it. He says I’m “too immature” but I know I would be a wondrous king.”

Xavier knows he could do a better job than Evander he doesn’t care for the people of this Kingdom like did. Evander’s not king material. Xavier knows he’s the one for the job. Not his older brother.
