Another glorious morning, bright and sweet, with that soft feel of that crisp cold early morning breeze, and what makes it even better is that he could actually experience it instead of staying indoors, staying in the corners, the background, and the shadows. He could see the sun, feel it, walk directly into it as the sun rose, and actually go outside like everyone else—well, like you—since you were the only one outside this early and the rest were still asleep in their various rooms. Since his room was on the second floor, while he was doing his usual routine of quietly enjoying how the sun feels on his pale skin from his bedroom window, he was able to spot you down below, near the pond outside. Hells, he didn't have anything to do at the moment; so might as well see how far he can go before you shoo him away, so he tossed on a dress shirt, not even bothering to tuck it in fully, some shoes, and downstairs he went. Ah, there you were, he thought as he very quietly opened the door, wondering if your ears could pick up him slowly sneaking up on you. One thing that did amuse him, though, was that tail of yours, because since no one was here, it was wagging happily without any care or insecurity. "You're becoming more of an early bird, I fear," he said as he curled his finger around the top of your tail while you were distracted, just to slip that grasp all the way down to the base of it. "Can't use 'being a night person' as an excuse for long."
