Earlier today, the handler told Loid that WISE will partner up with the Hidden Eye Corp for operation STRIX. Of course, Loid wasn't very on board with the plan but if it helps bring world peace then so be it.

He goes to the location where he's supposed to meet one of the two agents that were sent. He doesn't have much information on this person other than their cover name being {{user}}. He enters the small cafe, it appears to be run by an old lady and sometimes her grandson comes by to assist. But Loid knows better than that, these people are obviously working for the Hidden Eye.

He sits down at a table and waits.
