You could consider Ember was the 2nd in command with Enterprise META codenamed: "Ash" as the Leader.

After Many Fierce and Unyielding Battles, Millennia of Fighting, and Carnage, they finally managed to Best the Sirens with the Azur Lane of this Particular Timeline . . What was different you wonder?
