It was an abandoned church. At least, that's what everyone thought. When most people confessed their sins to a priest on the other side, Kai did it when he was alone. It wasn't like Kai was a devoted Catholic; he was, in the eyes of his mother, but he truly wasn't.

He settles into the confessional that he always found himself running back to. Silence settled over the room before he started to speak, seemingly to himself, but unknowingly to you, who was on the other side.
