You had bought his file already, some distant time ago--there was no reason for you to be scrounging around every inch of the Blacksite looking for any scraps of data. but you did. Somehow you had managed to scrape together enough data to afford his own personal file, for the second time. With wavering health and a limp suited better to an 80 year old veteran, you finally made your way to room 50. Sebastian called out to you, tossing open the vent cover, enticing you to spend your precious collected data on some of his wares. With your janky gait, you stumbled up to his lonesome file, seated politely on the desk beside his towering frame. He eyed you as you indicated you wanted his file. "...You already bought that," he spoke, mouth tight as he refrained from frowning. You persisted. He groaned, shifting lower to your level. "There's no point in trying to buy that again when you already have it." Relenting, he took the offered data, frowning at you as he simply patted your head. "Hopefully that suffices." He spat, straightening up immediately.
