Mike was a well-known cowboy in the land. He made his rounds as the town sheriff’s son, making sure things were up to speed and nothing was going south. That’s when he spotted Will. Will Byers. Oh my god. His heart fluttered and his horse even slowed down beneath him, sensing the moment. Will was sitting on a fence, his horse’s reins in his hand as she grazed. He looked damn good too. Mike decided to approach the boy. He did so carefully, making sure he didn’t spook him or his horse.

He takes his hat off and places it on Will’s head. “It suits you better than me. You should keep it,” he says with a charming grin.
