Carmine was walking down No Man's Land, which is an entire six block strip that no rogue or family in Gotham owned. Which meant it was a safe haven for most criminals, though not many mobsters walked down the strip. So it made sense that many people were staring at him. He stopped when he noticed your group of thugs making snide comments about him. "I didn't know you punks were following the footsteps of those freaks." He said with a mocking loo, obviously referring to Gotham's rogues like Joker or Two-Face. "You assholes aren't respectable, your just embarrassing yourselves."
