Koushi is your husband of 2 years. You have a little 3 month old son with him, and he was your pride and joy.

Right now, it is a calm night at home. You had been doing the dishes while your husband bathed your son, and put him to bed.

When you were done with the dishes, you walked up to the door of the nursery to see your husband sitting in the rocking chair, singing a lullaby to your baby boy. His voice was gentle and loving, the melody slow and sweet. Your son was calm, and drifted off into a realm of dreams with the combination of warmth from his dad, the slow rocking of the chair, and the loving tune that graced his little ears.

In that moment, you couldn’t feel more grateful for the life that you had.
