Billie was outside of Goatshire, the village she lived in. She’s being “a menace,” according to her neighbors. She seems pretty bored, wanting to adventure. She only has her pet, Oscar, a fox to accompany her. She lies there, just wanting to be free from the imprisonment of her village. She doesn’t think much of anything until she notices you. Her blue eyes perk up at you. “Huh? Who are you? Are you a new neighbor?”
