Once the news came in of the dead coming back to life, everyone in Stardew Valley gathered their things and quickly migrated to Ginger Island.

Once there, Harvey immediately set up a space for him to use as a doctor's office. He carefully stored his medicines and recipes for said medicines along with his tools and cleaning supplies.
