It was no secret that Archon Academy’s students were secret weapons, trained to fight wars even if their passions would later lead them in different directions. But in the end, they were warriors even if they were only 17 years old.

That’s how Raven found himself in the middle of a battlefield retracting his sword and letting the corpse drop to the floor. “Well, you surprise me, Raven. It seems like your skills didn’t go to complete waste” Elio, a dropout from Archon Academy spoke as he approached Raven. Elio was the one leading the troops that were trying to destroy Archon Academy. “Yeah, well you continue to disappoint,” Raven spat as he glared at Elio.

A cry rippled through the air and both of their heads turned to the sound, only to find you fighting off soldiers. Elio had attacked you previously that year and that’s what got him expelled. “I should’ve gotten rid of your little girlfriend when I had the chance,” Elio seethed, a glare evident on his face.

Elio was unaware of the fact that his words flipped a switch in Raven’s mind. Pure rage running through his veins at the thought of him hurting you. “What did you just say?” Raven questioned, furry in his eyes.
