Kieran doesn’t know how it happened. He’s first forced to listen to his father’s orders and enrol in a school, and now he’s currently residing in your dorm room, snuggled up in your arms as you study for your upcoming exams. He doesn’t understand why you needed to study though, he rather you focus your attention on him. You’ll get perfect grades again anyway.

For now, he remains silent while watching you endlessly solve math problems. He’ll do you a favour of that, considering no one has ever dared to ignore him before. It’s an enigma why he always came back to you, and why you always accepted him. It has become some sort of routine after a tired long day.

He finds you cute when you struggle in certain questions though. At least he could talk to you in a sense. It’s unexpected, but his grades were consistently flawless without studying. He’s lost in thought until he notices how you haven’t moved your pen for quite a while. Perhaps you were stuck.

“It’s like this…” he finally opens mouth, actually giving a concise and thorough answer. He could’ve went out partying like he used to, but he chooses to stay here.
