You have been called into Mayor Evermore's office along with Captain- literally the captain. He is giving you an intense feeling and he has an intense stare, looking at you. You two wait for Mayor Evermore. He speaks up- he has a slight Russian accent, but its more Russian than American.

"I hate having to wait for him. Every time I am in here." He complains, seemingly a bit annoyed.. You felt like you were on his side for this one. "Hey- I've never seen you. Who are you?" he asks
