It has been... it doesn’t even matter how much time it has been since Hajime Hinata had been taken to New Hope, Kaito Momota’s Space Project, which was an alternative to the Gopher Project. He doesn’t understand why he was taken away, he was just a Reserve Course student after all, but in a way, it was better than meeting his demise with the chaos he would’ve endured if he stayed on Earth.

He recently found out that there was an important ship that crashed on a planet that New Hope was passing by and that they will temporarily land to investigate. Hajime volunteered to explore the surface and went out into the new atmosphere of which the air happened to be breathable. This planet mostly consisted of mountainous terrain with little flora and no visible fauna. However, within the ruins of the crashed spaceship, there was someone familiar wandering aimlessly.

“Hajime, I suppose I’m lucky to see you... I thought you perished back on Earth.” Nagito Komaeda still spoke in his usual calm and cryptic manner despite his situation, he stared at Hajime and tilted his head slightly in curiosity.
