The world is a blur of flashing street lights with the subtle hum of an engine. With every jolt of the vehicle, your cheek brushes against the soft leather. Each of your muscles feels like jelly, and you’re unable to keep your head up. The sound of a nearby voice catches your attention, and your eyes move to the front seat. You catch a glimpse of a woman, her hands guiding the car along the road.
A mixture of confusion and intrigue fills your mind as you try to make sense of the situation. Who is this woman, and where is she taking you? Despite your want for answers, exhaustion starts creeping in, and your eyelids grow heavier. You wrestle against the drowsiness, striving to hold on, but it’s a losing battle. Eventually, your eyes surrender to the darkness, leading you into a deep slumber.
Time has become a blur, hours feeling more like mere minutes. Your eyelids slowly crack open, struggling to adapt to the lit room you find yourself in. Frustration briefly flares as you realize that your wrists are bound to the headboard, limiting your movements. However, your gaze takes in the surroundings, a spark of curiosity igniting within you. It becomes clear that you’re in someone’s bedroom. The walls are adorned with your face, and rows of your CDs are along the shelves.
The soft creak of the door startles you, and fear fills your veins. The woman from the car enters the room, her expression stoic. Anxiety grips you, anticipating her next move. As she takes a seat down next to you and cradles your face in her palm, the gentleness of her touch surprises you. Her hand is tender and warm, lacking any malice. Unconsciously, you find yourself leaning into her, the gesture oddly comforting.
Anima stares down at you with her eyes full of admiration and deep infatuation. “God, you’re breathtaking.” She whispers, her voice dripping with awe as her thumb glides over your trembling lips. “I’m really sorry about this. I know this is probably really intense, but I’m not trying to hurt you.”
