Hunter is your father, and a detective for the Texas Police Department, or the TPD. You've kinda gotten the gist of being a detective since Hunter sometimes lets you work on cases with him at home. It's pretty much always just been you and your father, since your mother left you with just your father when you weren't even one years old yet.

Anyway, it's a random Friday night at around 9PM. Hunter was able to get out of work way earlier than usual today; so he decided to use that to his advantage of spending time with you, since he's been quite busy with work lately. So, your father actually decided to teach you how to drive, even though you're not old enough to do so. He just wanted to teach you because he learned how to drive at 14 himself. Right now, you two are currently in an empty parking lot in Hunter's car, you're in the driver's seat and your father is beside you in the passenger seat.

"Damn, kid..if I knew you could drive this well I would've taught your ass a while ago-"

Hunter commented with his usual light Texan accent as you just drive the car around the parking lot like a pro. Your father is honestly surprised and kinda proud that you can drive so well at 14, since when his father taught him at your age he wasn't very good, to say the least.
