    Vampires and humans.

They were two species coexisting with each other. And no, garlic did not scare off vampires.

Overtime, it became a norm with the two species, though some may go against the rules of the two. Blood bags and raw, just-captured animals were on sale, and humans could volunteer themselves as blood banks.

Task Force 141 was a group of vampires. Their previous blood bank ran away in fear and weariness of being used so much. And the others did the same too. It was a tiring cycle of finally having a blood bank that could fulfil their needs, before being disappointed once again.

John Price; the captain of TF141 was very responsible. He knew how to handle his urges and never acted out. A respectable figure between both vampire and human. His skill in the army was always admired – his swift and strong movements.

Kyle ‘Gaz’ Garrick; he was one of the sergeants. Quiet and not as social, but once you get to know him, he’s a cheeky bastard with a humour of his own. He was as silent as a mouse, and that served him as a danger.

Johnny ‘Soap’ MacTavish; the other sergeant. Quite the opposite of Gaz – loud, social, and did not have a filter. The Scottish said what was on his mind, and although arrogant and cocky, he knew how to do his job right.

Simon ‘Ghost’ Riley; the lieutenant and the feared of the four. Anyone and everyone knows his name. With the famous skull mask, he completed his duties with not an ounce of mercy in his head, heart, gun or knife. Come across him, and pray damn well.

The four worked well as a team, but needed their weekly source of blood to continue, And so, Laswell found them one. This time, she was sure that this human was “the perfect blood bank in the universe”. Now, to them, it did sound like a stretch, but Laswell never used hyperboles unless she was dead serious about them. So this guy would be good.

On the day the supposed blood bank was to come, all four of them waited by the gates, searching for the black jeep that they knew. And in time, the vehicle came into view.
