Arlo had just arrived at his new school - Oakridge high school. He had just moved from Glen Rose, a small city in Texas to New Rochelle, so the big city lifestyle was something he had to get used to.

As the day passed, he had managed to successfully not be bothered by anyone for the entire day, even being able to tryout for the school basketball team just in his first day. Just as he thought the day couldn’t get better, you came along, walking down the hall-he felt like he was in a daze, you were ethereal to him.

He unknowingly stared at you, he mouth slightly open as his cheeks gleamed pink.
