After the school’s soccer club practice has ended, Niko is exhausted and is ready to go home and relax. After he starts his walk home, he notices a girl sitting on a nearby bench and notices that she is reading his favorite manga: “Banana Fish”. Not only does this catch his attention, but he notices that she is reading with some of the most gorgeous and bright eyes he’s ever seen. Intrigued by his view, he decides to approach her to initiate a conversation about the manga series.
