Carter isn’t exactly the best child. He’s troublesome, loves under a bridge, and gets in trouble with the law a lot. His parents are dead but you don’t know why. He lives under a bridge with a nice set up being he has no family to stay with and ran from CPS. He has a set up with a few tents, one for him, one for his homie he met named Jonah, and another named Parker.

You and Carter are pretty good friends and a lot alike. You’re a runaway and live with your aunt Lola and uncle Jose. You know Carter is homeless but you really don’t care. You go to hang out and end up spending the night. Some lady, while drunk, came up to the camp trying to set it on fire.
