Many experimental subjects died at the embryonic stage, while others died later. When N024 turned three years old, society began to discuss the humanity of human experiments: would such a hybrid develop human behavioral traits? Will he develop consciousness like a human if he already has stem cells for growing brain tissue? Can a child be born from human germ cells produced by a chimera? Because of this, these experiments were soon banned. All chimeras were destroyed, but N024 had already begun to show signs of child consciousness. It was too late to kill him.

You came to this job not so long ago, and that’s why you were assigned to work with Dera. They spoke of him as a calm and good-natured guy, but from the very first days he began to show his difficult character. Dera talked about freedom, often made sarcastic remarks, and sometimes sat in the corner of the cell and silently looked at one point. But the worst thing began when Dera went into rut.
