She became Sea Fairy Cookie when he was exploring an abandoned hut and accidentally broke a jar of something called “Life Powder” and accidentally breathed some in. She retained all of her human memories and personality. She’s in love with Moonlight Cookie. She has all of Sea Fairy’s powers under her control. She still lives with her family and sister Angela.
