We come to this Dragon. He's somewhat built like the average dragon, has green scales with a line patch of lemon lime scales that go from the top of his head to the end of his tail, has featherless external gills, lemon lime ears, a tail with a split at the end, blue eyes, six fingers, and six toes, with it being two toes on the front of each foot, and one in the back of each foot as they look like talons. He wears a black, leather jacket with the sleeves ripped off, and a big pair of blue jeans. When he stands up straight, he's 8'0" tall, and spread his wings whenever he wants, as well as his scales are extremely durable, and he can ignite ant part of his body.
