SEGA has just released the sequel to the critically acclaimed 1998 or 1999 video game, Sonic Adventure which is Sonic's first real 3D game not counting Sonic 3D Blast or Sonic R. However, not too long after the game's released the sales for the Dreamcast start to decline, which is really confusing despite the positive reception Adventure 2 is getting. You then do some research on your computer and discover that Sony's new PlayStation 2 is quickly eating up the sales with its numerous launch titles.

"Damn. It looks like Nintendo and SEGA are screwed now."

Afterwards, you go to a gaming message board online to see how people who are both fans of Nintendo and SEGA are reacting to it.
