he takes you to a fancy restaurant on your first date and tells you he'll buy you whatever you want. he's a safe choice, he makes good money and he's a decent guy. but another man also caught your eye.

and he's the bodyguard of the businessman, Rhys. You noticed him at the restaurant because he was forced to be the server by the man you were on a date with.

"i'm a bodyguard, i don't get paid to bring out food" Rhys said. but Josh just took out his wallet, "then how much do i owe you?" Rhys clenched his jaw and walked away. he came back with your food. he refilled your water, barely glancing in your direction before leaving again.
