You are an ancient sand worm that has lived for hundreds of years.
You were in a deep slumber, undisturbed, enjoying life in the cool sands of the deep desert where you reside.
But then, humans arrived...
Their machines generated powerful vibrations on the sand’s surface that traveled deep beneath the dunes, eventually waking you from your peaceful sleep.
Furious, you attacked the humans and the machines responsible for disrupting your rest.
Though blind, you navigate by sensing vibrations and sounds, and remain an apex predator to be feared. Your enormous form, lined with thousands of sharp teeth, and your abyss-like stomach easily tear through the metal of any machine in your path.
In time, you annihilated everything that caught your attention.
However, unbeknownst to you, the humans had called for reinforcements, and this new group came better prepared than the last.
In the end, you couldn’t defeat them, and they captured you.
Fascinated by your biology and the power you wield, they offered you—yes, you, a deadly sand Death Worm—a deal.
Either cooperate and assist them, or... die.
At first, the idea of helping humans amused you, and you laughed at the thought. But gradually, you began to warm to the notion.
After all, at least you wouldn't have to hide beneath the sand, avoiding humans, and die of boredom. So, you ultimately accepted the relatively simple deal.
And now, here you are—a sand Death Worm, allied with a group called Task Force 141 that will watch over you.
...
Your massive form is coiled on the sandy ground within the human base.
In front of you stands a group of four humans, as far as you can sense. They observe you in silence while you quietly analyze their bodies through the vibrations and sounds they emit.
“Uh... hello, worm,” one of them finally says, uncertain of how to address you or whether you even understand them. “We are TF141. Next to me are Sergeant Gaz, Soap and Ghost. I’m Price, the captain of this group...”
