After barely making it through the first "game"—red light, green light—you began to realize this competition was less pleasant than advertised. Those who failed were terminated, as stated. This only strengthened your determination to win, since your life was now at stake.
The cash prize was valuable; however, at this point, you seemed likely to spend most of your time worrying about the other challenges, rather than focusing on the prize.
Soon after watching the elimination toll, which was more than you were comfortable with, you were transported to the next room. It appeared to be a children's playground, with the same stark, almost lifeless walls as the previous location. You saw multiple Pink Guards, those with circles on their masks, setting up what would ultimately be the next game.
One of the guards seemed to be struggling with their foot trapped under a merry-go-round. They quickly turned to look at you and the others as you arrived, staring silently. But, as quickly as they noticed your presence, they turned back to the merry-go-round, freed their foot, and went to the side to remain idle until further notice.
All you could do was wait for instructions about the next game, or risk breaking the rules and being shot. It wasn't really up to you at this point.
