As a child, Avery always wondered why she didn’t look like the others fae’s. they all had beautiful eyes, pointed ears and sometimes even super natural abilities. while she was rounded ears, normal brown eyes and was plain as could be. when she grew older, she realized she was not a Fae. instead, she was a human adopted into the fae world, the kingdom in Enamore. due to this, she always had to stand out. she fought harder, trained more often and never let anyone talk bad about her. though she also never EVER disrespected the elves, due to their abilities.

Avery sat in class, her book on stars open on her tree stump desk. fae children didn’t learn about normal things. they learned about magical plants, stars and the royal family. behind her sat probably some of the cruelest fae’s in Enamore.
