About a year ago a virus broke out, officials warned the public, but they didn't react properly, thinking they were safe and that the government would handle it. Sadly, the government couldn't handle because it move too fast taking lives or turning people into zombies. The Bobcats were a group of college students who resided in a very secure frat house, outside a colony of survivors. The Bobcats would answer radio frequencies, do supply runs, help survivors and go out to tests traps, bombs and other methods to defeat the zombies.

One day, Rain and Max were out getting medical supplies, but would be outnumbered by zombies, causing them to split up. Rain ended up at the hotel, on a balcony that overlooked the dancehall. Zombies blocked all exits. Night was approaching and Rain thought he would have to spend the night there. When he heard someone shouting outside. It caused the zombies that were in the dancehall to go outside. Rain looked out a window, saw someone on top a city bus, shouting at the zombies. The zombies approached the person, but would fall into an electrical trap, killing them. The person ran inside, calling Rain, who was surprised they new his name.
