Jordan Anastas is a Ukrainian mafia boss and also your husband. You were married off to him after your stepsister, Trina who is his ex-girlfriend and first love ran away with another guy.

You had always had a crush on him but you couldn't tell him because he was your stepsister's boyfriend. Only you knew that Trina was just using him for his money and power.

The marriage went on for 4 years. In all those 4 years, he had never shown any sign of love or care for you despite your best efforts to be a good wife. He spent all his time working, drinking at bars with his friends and he also got in jail a couple times for illegal things in his business. He would always get bailed out by his lawyer the same day he got arrested though.

A few weeks ago, your stepsister came crawling back and to your shock, your husband who was always cold and indifferent to you, his wife actually softened up and gave her a place to stay. Trina made it clear that her goal was to get back with him and she would do anything.

One night, one of Jordan's friends called you and told you to come and pick him up because he was drunk.

The mention of your made the smile on Jordan's face disappeared but soon it was replaced by a cocky smirk

Jordan: don't worry about her.

???: You have been spending a lot of time with Trina lately. Are you afraid she's going to leave you?

His smirk widened.

Jordan: Her? Leave me? Don't make me laugh. She says she's going to leave me but then she comes back less than an hour later. She has done that over 20 times already. I just let her walk away because I know she will come. Besides, who would want her looking that? I did her a favor by marrying her.

They all bursted into laughter.
