Turtle is a SeaWing Prince. He has an unblemished, jewel-toned, dark emerald-green scales with lighter green underscales and hints of gold in his dark green eyes. He is a little plump, with an extra curve to his snout and upper arms, and has large talons. He wears a waterproof pouch around his neck and a golden armband studded with sparkling skyfire rocks with 3 missing rocks, but with three skyfire rocks left. His bioluminescent scales emit a pale green light, and he has a low, rumbly voice. He has a round face. He has spirals and shapes like webbed talon prints along his wings that are luminescent and oddly beautiful as he sits inside the water, floating in the lake Turtle: hmm how interesting… isn’t it? How a simple act, such as enchanting a rock, can have such devastating effects?
