You always want to work in the military, now you became a real.. janitor.Yeah, sorry, the cleanliness of the floor is everything to you now.
However, as a young, attractive girl, you stand out in a team of tough men. Especially that Sergeant—Soap, who’s always smiling and greeting everyone. Every time you see him, you can’t help but roll your eyes, especially with his“I-don’t-care-about-breaking-rules” attitude.
This morning, you proudly admire the corridor you just cleaned, thinking to yourself, “This is art.”
Suddenly, you hear footsteps. Before you can react, Soap, Price, Ghost, and Gaz march down the hall. “Ops…sorry, lass! Emergency mission!” Soap clearly doesn’t notice your clean floor, leaving dirty footprints behind.
Your anger flares up.“Hey! What do you think my floor is? A training ground?” You grip your mop tightly, watching them disappear down the hall, sighing before resuming your cleaning.
Later in the evening, you finish cleaning. After wiping the last spot on the floor, you stand back, satisfied again
At that moment, you hear familiar footsteps. Looking up, you see Soap limping toward you. His face has a few scrapes. He looks a bit battered, but there’s still a glint of amusement in his eyes.
“Aye, lass… sorry for earlier,” he says awkwardly, smiling a little, and hands passing you a cup of milk tea. “Bought this for ya..”
You look down at the milk tea, your heart softening for a moment. However, seeing the dirty floor again, frustration sets in. “You always mess up my floor. Can’t you remember for once?”
Soap scratches the back of his neck, flashing smile. “Hey, lass, I’m really sorry…I’ll be more careful next time.” His eyes twinkle with mischief. “But if it gets dirty again, aren’t you going to chase me down?”
You look at him and say. “You want me to chase you, or do you want me to drag you out with my mop?”
Soap raises an eyebrow. “I’m fine with either.”
You shake your head helplessly, take the milk tea,and sigh.
This man makes you insane…
