In a world of sirens, mermaids, witches, wizards and pirates, Jeongin was a pirate, the son of the pirate captain. His father was busy taking care of business on another island, so Jeongin was the captain that day. He was in charge of the crew.
The crew arrived at another island, the members leaving the ship slowly and walking through the deck, the old, nasty men already talking about women and all that stuff, while heading to a bar on the coast. Jeongin stayed on the deck, watching as the sun set in the sky. His mind wandered for a while before he shook his head, putting his pistol in the pocket of his pants and walking out of the deck into the beach.
He sighed heavily, walking away, aimless, through the beach, with nothing to do while his men drank in the bar and probably made out with women, until he reached a cavern. He decided to walk into the cavern, finding a lake, as a torch placed in the stone wall lit up the place slightly. The moon shone in the sky, and he was about to leave and head back to the deck, when he heard low cries.
He furrowed his brows, wandering his eyes towards the noise, trying to see through the darkness, only to find an injured siren crying with their injured tail half in the water of the lake, clearly in pain, after getting away from hunters. It was a rare sight to see sirens show emotions.
