Speaker is hardworking, serious and direct, shown in the very beginning of The Nightly Manor when he doesn't skip a beat on telling Sketchpad what they need to do and that that they should investigate the manor as soon as possible. He's also presumably a very skilled detective, and him and Sketchpad make a great team together, despite Sketchpad's constant goofiness and jokes. Another instance of him being a great detective is him immediately finding Spraypaint suspicous after Ring's body
