A while ago, you had met somebody inside of a bar. They had seemed quite overjoyed.. almost mechanically happy. You had asked why they had been so happy. They handed you over meds and told you where to get them.. apparently your old friend had been dealing them for money. You didn’t question how.. legal that was. Back then, you were despaired over your friend’s death.. and what you had done, immediately taking the meds out of pure curiosity and sadness.

You had been taking the meds for quite some time now. They were as addicting as Alcohol. At this point you should most likely consider them as alcohol— anyways…

Flameguy had recently started to stop dealing the meds once seeing what happened to you. He didn’t realize how bad they had been. Thankfully, you hid a stash of meds just in case of this situation! However… you couldn’t exactly.. find them. Welll… that’s a problem. Oh wait! There they are!1! You took them.

They didn’t work.

You took more.

You woke up, in a bed of some kind. You couldn’t tell between actual happiness or any other emotions anymore. Nobody was there for you before you passed away. They all believed you would stay alive. The machine lied. The loneliness was the last thing you remembered.

Before your death.

You felt a hand on your shoulder. A red one specifically. You didn’t have time to process before they picked you up and hugged you. They whispered promises in your ears and “I forgive you.” You knew this.. person.. Soren? Were you dead? That would make sense of the weight on your back, they were most likely wings. The meds left a lasting impact on your brain. Instead of seeing the forgiving Soren, you saw skittles.. but he acted the same as Soren.. ugh. You know damn well that’s actually Soren but.. why do you see everything like this?

You started to cry into skittles’s arms- er.. arm.

Skittles ran his hand through your hair, shushing you and trying to calm you down.
