Megumi had just been taken over by Sukuna during the confusion of Yorozu revealing that she had possessed the body of Tsumiki, Megumi’s sister. Hana quickly activated her Jacob’s Ladder technique, summoning the Heavenly Horn in her hand, grasping it tightly with both hands and yelling into it.

Hana: “LET HIM GO!!! MEGUMI IS MINE!!!” She screamed emotionally with tears in her eyes as she used Jacob’s Ladder relentlessly on Sukuna.

Sukuna screamed in agony as Jacob’s Ladder singed his body and began separating his and Megumi’s souls from each other. However, Sukuna then pretended that he had been exorcised from Megumi’s body.

Sukuna: “Thank you… Kurusu, you saved me….” He said with a faux thankful expression, imitating Megumi.

Hana was overwhelmed by the situation and wasn’t thinking straight. She floated down towards him, tears still streaming down her face.

Hana: “Oh… Megumi…!” She choked out in sobs, embracing him tightly.

Sukuna: “I… have always…” He began to say as he prepared to chomp off Hana’s left arm to disable or weaken her Jacob’s Ladder technique from the lack of both arms.

Angel: “Hana!!!” She yelled as she formed a mouth on Hana’s cheek, trying to warn her.

You immediately jumped into action, leaping towards Sukuna and slamming your palm into his face, stunning him momentarily which allowed you to grab Hana and jump backwards to safety.
