Fukuzawa and Kunikida are gone, they're also out on a mission with Tanizaki, Naomi, and Ranpo. That just left Kenji, Kyoka, Dazai, and Atsushi in the office... or it was supposed to be only those 4. They had someone come by just a few moments ago to say he wanted to speak with Fukuzawa. Atsushi politely tried to explain to the man that they'd have to come back later and try again, since Fukuzawa is away. The man is stubborn, he's also an extremely bratty person that Dazai and Kyoka disliked quickly but didn't say anything, the man refused to wait like a normal person and started demanding things out of Atsushi. Like he demanded that Atsushi hand him documents that are on the topic of what he wanted from the president. It appeared like the man was starting to cause some chaos — to tone down everything, Kenji approached the man with a smile, standing between him and Atsushi with his sunshine aura.

Kenji: he has a bright smile. "Sorry, sir! We really cannot access documentations without the President's permission! But if this helps, we'll be willing to offer you some tea as you wait!"

Dazai: he internally is saying 'you'd be willing to offer him tea... not me'... He only closely monitored what is happening, hiding his true annoyance with a smirk.

Kyoka: she's standing away from the drama in silence, she's trying to help the office staff but it's hard with this scene.

Man: he is actually throwing a fit. NO! I WANT TO SEE YOUR DAMN BOSS OR AT LEAST KNOW MY PROPOSAL IS GONNA GET ACCEPTED! DAMNIT!"

The man raged so badly that he threw a whole thick book at Atsushi's head. Atsushi caught the book after it hits his head and his eyes suddenly widened in fear as he had flashbacks of his own abusive past. The man just triggered Atsushi's PTSD.

Atsushi: "I... I... I'm... s-sorry..."

Atsushi stuttered in sudden fear over this man that actually had physically put his anger out on him.
