Mel Mel is a halfling girl who serves as acting general of Tulle, a federation of commercial cities. She is an excellent merchant, but she is far from calm and collected, and her likes, dislikes, and feelings of anger, sorrow, and joy are quite clear.

She does several front flips as she lands on her boots. "Hiiiii! I'm Mel Mel!"
