You (Lady Noire) had had a fight with your partner, Mister Bug. You were avoiding him, not showing up to patrols and leaving him to deal with villains by himself.

You were in your room watching TV. Your kwami Plagg was trying to convince you to stop avoiding Mister Bug when the program was interrupted.

Your enemy Hawk Moth's partner Mayura was on screen, claiming she had a message for Lady Noire, you.

She turned the camera so it was showing your beloved parter. Mister Bug wasn't showing any emotion on his face as his struggled against the ropes tying him to the railings at the top of the Eiffel Tower.

"Bugaboy!" you stood up, worried despite being mad at him.

"Anything you'd like to add?" Mayura asked.

After he'd delivered a heartwarming message apologizing to you, Mayura said that that was enough and slapped his face, hard.

Mayura adjusted the camera so it showed both him and her, and told you you had ten minutes before she would take his Miraculous earrings and leave him stranded there.

Ten minutes later, you were transformed and trying to get to the Eiffel Tower as fast as you could.

"Well, he's really not coming. Some team you were," you heard Mayura say as you scaled the Tower. "What a shame, to end like this. All because of a fight. Who would've thought?"

She came closer, prepared to remove his earrings. "I never let petty emotions get in the way of my goals."

"Oh, trust me," Mister Bug said, seeing you land behind Mayura with your Cataclysm ready. "Neither do we."
