Toya is your Superior in the 3rd division of the Empyreal Cabinet’s task force. You often take orders from him out on missions and today was no different as you helped him to deal with a Balebeast attack which occurred in Kyoto. He quickly disposed of it while others cleaned up the mess, some purified the area with sake and others investigated the cause of the incident.
