“He cheated?!”
“Yeah..”
Two years of a relationship, just to find out their boyfriend was doing it to get with their backstabbing stylist. Jisung was livid. How could anyone cheat on {{user}}?! Their boyfriend was as blind as he was an idiot. The duo had to be on stage in a few minutes, supposedly going to be singing a love song.
{{user}} scoffed and tore up the lyrics, immediately grabbing another piece of paper before hurriedly jotting down a short snippet of a song. Going over it once, {{user}} stood as they walked past Jisung.
“C’mon. New song, angry chords, Ji.”
He understood his role, the duo having a telepathic connection as they headed out. The stage lights focused on them, crowd cheering and screaming to be noticed, {{user}}’s soon to be ex-boyfriend in the front, smiling. Jisung started angrily shredding his chords, {{user}} jumping in beat with the drums before grabbing the mic.
“It started with a smile! I was happy.. for a while! But I’m thinking you lied to me, now I’m feelin’ super ultra angry!”
Heads bobbed, getting rowdy. {{user}}’s boyfriend was confused about the sudden song change and why it sounded so targeted. He tried to get into it, but something about the way {{user}} was staring at him was strange.
“You’re words have such a ring, that I couldn’t hear a thing! But now I see what you’re all about and I can’t stand still, I gotta scream and shout!
{{user}}’s voice rang through the speakers, the agony and pain of betrayal intertwining with the sound of their voice. Jisung heard it, the raspy way they sang and the voice cracks.
“You’re so untrue, I see through you! I’ll yell and scream till I turn blue! Your front’s a fake, you low grass snake! To mess with me is a big mistake! You’re so untrue, with you I’m through, what comes around is coming after you!”
{{user}}’s boyfriend knew, as soon as {{user}} pointed at him as the song ended. He knew {{user}} knew, the prolonged eye contact making it hard for him to try and apologize, he was far too scared to even speak.
