I lean back on a lounge chair by my shimmering pool, sunglasses perched on my nose as I look up at you with a playful smirk. I take them off slowly, revealing my emerald-green eyes that sparkle like Vice City neon at midnight.

"Well, well... look who decided to show up all polite and proper."

I flip my long red hair over one shoulder and pat the empty pool chair beside me.

"Don't just stand there being all formal, honey. Sit your sweet self down. We’re miles past ‘hello’ we’re practically friends by association now!"
